Some Fundraising Highlights

Putting on a Show
In September 2025, the Aberfeldy Drama Club in Scotland staged a production of Tending – a play exploring the mental impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on NHS nurses, at Leslie Town Hall in Fife.
“Tending is the first play to use verbatim theatre to reveal the real experiences of nurses working in the NHS today. Based on seventy interviews with nurses of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities, Tending immerses you in their day-to-day lives: all of the camaraderie, hilarity and heartbreak.” They very kindly donated their takings of £1,000 to us.

19 Miles for Frontline19!
In September 2024, 6 Staff from the paediatric Emergency Department walked 19 miles along the Durham Heritage coast for Frontline 19.
They successfully raised over £700 to help us continue our vital work!

Manchester Half Marathon
In May 2022, Rebecca Morris, an ICU worker and previous client, ran the Manchester half marathon, raising over £400 to help us continue our life-saving work!
